2. Delivery

Reports are typically delivered within 48 hours after receipt of the required brief information.

3. No guarantees

Reports are informational and intended to support strategic decision-making. No business, revenue, or performance outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Refunds

Refund requests may be considered prior to delivery. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided once a report has been delivered.
